Barry Langer is a writer/producer based in Los Angeles. His entertainment career, like so many others, began in the mailroom. After paying his dues at Castle Rock Entertainment, Barry transitioned from the mailroom to the writers' room. For over a decade, Barry worked in network television with many of the top comedy writers in the business, including Max Mutchnick & David Kohan, Marta Kauffman, Mitch Hurwitz, and Gary David Goldberg and David E. Kelley.

Barry wrote and directed a short film called "A Midsummer Night's Rewrite," which was nominated for several awards on the film festival circuit.
